Here's who I am & what I do
My name is Janna. I am a therapist-in-training offering Gestalt therapy in Toronto and virtual therapy across Ontario. My approach is relational, experiential, and holistic, grounded in the belief that awareness creates choice. I work with adults navigating high-functioning anxiety, burnout, career and self-employment stress, and limiting beliefs that can leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.

Together in Gestalt therapy, we focus on the present moment: your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships, because your experience is whole and all parts of it matter. As awareness deepens, clients often experience more choice in how they respond, relate to others, and move toward a more authentic and aligned life.
Therapy has its ups and downs. At times it may feel clear and energizing, and at other times uncomfortable or uncertain. In our work together, we stay curious through these moments, as meaningful change in Gestalt therapy often emerges from what feels most stuck or difficult.
